Micah Adkison is a courtroom litigator with deep experience in oil and gas, contract, tort, and real property disputes. Known for his precision and strategic clarity, Micah represents landowners, operators, and energy-sector entities in high-stakes litigation across Oklahoma.
Before founding Adkison Law Firm, Micah defended major oil companies in multi-million-dollar disputes at one of the state’s largest litigation firms and later advanced plaintiff-side advocacy as a partner at one of Oklahoma’s largest boutique energy firms. His dual-track experience gives him uncommon insight into both sides of the courtroom.
Micah is particularly effective in protecting the interests of mid-sized operators and independent producers, offering tailored, bottom-line-focused counsel. He also serves as local counsel to national firms, providing procedural fluency and courtroom credibility in Oklahoma’s legal landscape.
Micah’s reputation is built on responsiveness, candor, and meticulous preparation-qualities sharpened by over 14 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Outside the courtroom, Micah enjoys life with his wife, Melissa, and their three children. They are active members of Pecan Valley Baptist Church and committed to serving their local community.
