Professional Experience
Kale is a litigation-focused attorney representing landowners, mineral owners, operators, and businesses in oil and gas, real property, contract, business, and other civil disputes throughout Oklahoma. His experience includes matters involving mineral ownership, royalties and working interests, pipeline easements, surface rights, contracts, and the ownership and use of real property.
Kale also advises clients on transactional and contract matters, including oil and gas leases, surface-use agreements, real estate transactions, contract drafting and review, deeds, and other conveyances. His combination of litigation and transactional experience allows him to evaluate both the immediate legal issues presented by a dispute and the practical consequences for his clients’ property and businesses.
Before joining Adkison Law Firm, Kale practiced with firms in Oklahoma City and Kingfisher, Oklahoma, where he represented landowners, mineral owners, operators, and businesses in litigation and property-related matters..

A native of Hennessey, Oklahoma, Kale grew up farming and remains closely connected to the rural communities of western Oklahoma. That background gives him a practical understanding of the land, mineral ownership, and oil and gas activity that shape much of the region.
Kale lives in Kingfisher County. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his family.
