Micah Adkison is a courtroom litigator with extensive experience representing landowners, operators, and energy-sector entities in high-stakes litigation throughout Oklahoma. His practice focuses heavily on oil and gas, contract, tort, and real property disputes, with an emphasis on strategic clarity and precise execution.
Prior to founding Adkison Law Firm, Micah defended major oil companies in multi-million-dollar disputes at one of Oklahoma’s largest litigation firms. He later served as a partner at one of the state’s largest boutique energy firms, where he advanced plaintiff-side advocacy. This dual-track experience provides him with uncommon insight into both sides of complex energy litigation.
