Micah Adkison is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in contract, tort, and real property law. With a proven track record in high-stakes oil and gas litigation, he provides strategic counsel to a diverse client base, including individual landowners, small to mid-sized oil companies, and other entities, delivering practical solutions to complex problems.

Prior to founding Adkison Law Firm, Micah dedicated over fourteen years to serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed a discipline and commitment to excellence that continues to shape his legal career. Following his military service, Micah joined one of Oklahoma’s largest litigation firms, where he skillfully defended major oil companies in high-stakes, multimillion-dollar legal battles. He later expanded his expertise at a mid-sized oil and gas boutique firm, gaining invaluable experience representing plaintiffs in complex legal matters. This diverse background equips Micah with a unique and balanced perspective in the practice of law.

Micah is particularly skilled at supporting mid-tier and independent operators who need a sharp, strategic litigator to protect their bottom line when conflicts arise.
